KEYE-TV’s JetBlue “All You Can Jet Pass” Contest Official Rules
Contest will run Monday 8/30/10 4:00pm - Wednesday 9/1/10 5:00pm on weareaustin.com only


1. How to Enter the Contest:
(a) KEYE-TV’s JetBlue “All You Can Jet (AYCJ) Pass” online only pass contest (hereby referred to as “Contest”) will run on the dates listed above.

(b) To participate in the online only contest, viewers must log on to www.weareaustin.com between 4:00 p.m. on August 30, 2010 and 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2010 and submit an essay up to 50 words as to why he/she deserves an All You Can Jet Pass from KEYE-TV. Essays will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2010 even if the viewer is experiencing technical difficulties.

(c) Four Points Media Group of Austin, Inc. (hereinafter “Station” or “KEYE-TV”) is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misaddressed, incomplete or illegible entries. Station is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, dropped cell phone calls, or dropped land line phone calls, phone line connections, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Station determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Station reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its conclusion date, notice will be posted at www.weareaustin.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Station which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Station reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Station reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or weareaustin.com website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. Station further reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or entry at its sole discretion.


(d) Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:
(a) The Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old, must live within the KEYE-TV viewing area (as determined by Nielsen); have a valid contact phone number and/or email address. Employees of KEYE-TV, Nexstar Broadcasting Group Inc., Four Points Media, Cerberus Corporation, JetBlue Airways Corporation (“JetBlue”), other television and radio stations in the Austin market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household of all of the foregoing are ineligible to participate or win.

(b) Viewers are eligible to win a KEYE-TV/weareaustin.com contest only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

(c) By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and grant to Sponsor the right to edit, publish, promote and otherwise use their entries without further permission, notice or compensation.
(d) No purchase is necessary.

3. Prizes:
(a) One (1) JetBlue All You Can Jet 7 (“AYCJ-7”) Pass. ARV: $699.00 (US).

(b) The winner will be selected and notified on Thursday 9/2/10 by KEYE-TV Management. The AYCJ pass is valid from 12:01 am local time on 9/7/10-11:59 pm local time on 10/6/10 and are subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions established by JetBlue, at http://www.jetblue.com/aycj/terms.html

(c) Winner will not hold KEYE-TV liable for any technical error or email loss of any kind. Winner will not hold KEYE-TV liable for not picking up the prize or any other incident leading up to claiming the prize. Winner will not hold KEYE-TV liable for any failure to comply with the JetBlue AYCJ terms and conditions.

Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of comparable value.

4. Selection of Winner:
(a) All entries submitted through weareaustin.com will be reviewed by KEYE-TV Management and a winner will be chosen by KEYE-TV Management based on the overall creativity of the submission.
(b) Decisions of Sponsor with respect to the Contest are final.

5. Conditions:
(a) All federal, state and local taxes and incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner will be required to provide winner’s Social Security Number and/or a copy of current government-issued photo identification in such form as requested by KEYE-TV, and will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and W-9 tax form before the prize may be claimed. The contest Contest rules and the Contest release form will be mailed to the winner at their written request, provided, however, winner accepts all risk of loss or damage associated with any request for delivery by mail.

(b) Winner will be required to enroll in the JetBlue TrueBlue customer loyalty program (www.jetblue.com/trueblue) prior to winner’s use the JetBlue AYCJ Pass. All JetBlue terms, conditions, restrictions and requirements are applicable to winner’s use of the AYCJ Pass, including payment of all taxes and fees applicable to Winner’s travel on the AYCJ Pass. (c) By participating in the contest, the winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize (including any and all fees associated with such use) are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity.

(d) By claiming the prize, Winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and JetBlue from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, expenses, and losses of any kind (including attorneys’ fees) caused by or arising out of Winner’s use of the prize, including but not limited to, any failure to comply with JetBlue’s AYCJ terms and conditions and any use of the AYCJ travel pass for any purpose.

OVERVIEW: The AYCJ Pass (“Pass” or “Passes”) includes unlimited air travel for one person named on the Pass (“You” or “Your”) on JetBlue-operated flights in the JetBlue route network. Travel may be booked on the Pass by 10/03/2010. The Pass may be used for travel (“Pass Travel”) between 12:01 am local time on 09/07/2010 and commence by 11:59 pm local time on 10/06/2010. Travel must be booked and ticketed at least 3 days prior to departure, but no later than 11:59 PM ET, October 3, 2010. Additional restrictions apply to purchase. Please review the terms below (the “Terms”) for complete information.

NO-SHOW PENALTY: IF YOU BOOK TRAVEL AND DO NOT CHECK-IN AND BOARD YOUR FLIGHT PRIOR TO SCHEDULED DEPARTURE, A “NO-SHOW” PENALTY OF $100 IS INCURRED AND PASS WILL BE SUSPENDED (NO BOOKING AND NO TRAVEL) UNTIL YOUR PENALTY IS PAID BY CALLING 1 (800) JETBLUE (1-800-538-2583). No additional time will be added to a Pass that has been suspended. Pass will be forfeited after three "no shows."

PURCHASING A PASS: Passes may be purchased between 8/17/10-8/20/10 or while supplies last. The unlimited flight pass ("AYCJ-7") may be purchased for $699 is valid for unlimited travel seven days per week. The restricted flight pass ("AYCJ-5") may be purchased for $499 and excludes flights departing/commencing on Friday and Sunday. Passes cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable (including under JetBlue Promise Program). JetBlue may, in its discretion, discontinue sale of Passes before 8/20/10. Passes must be purchased online at jetblue.com/aycj with a major credit card only (not flight vouchers, travel certificates, travel bank credits, coupons, discounts, and or other offers). There is a $85 per person fee each way for unaccompanied minors traveling alone on JetBlue (a child between age 5 and 13). Please call 1 (800) JETBLUE (1-800-538-2583) to provide confirmation number of unaccompanied minors. Customers with disabilities may purchase and book travel by calling 1 (800) JETBLUE or by TTY/TDD telephone number, 1-800-336-5530.


6. Sponsor reserve the right to make changes in these Official Rules which will become effective upon announcement.

7. No purchase necessary. The contest is void where prohibited by law.

8. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification.
